Extra matters to be included in annual report
(1) The annual report on APRA under section 9 of the Commonwealth Authorities
and Companies Act 1997 must also include:
(2) Paragraph (1)(a) does not authorise the inclusion in the annual report of
a report with respect to the affairs of a particular ADI or authorised NOHC, a
particular subsidiary of an ADI or authorised NOHC, or a particular customer
of an ADI.
(3) In this section:
ADI has the same meaning as in the Banking Act 1959 .
authorised NOHC has the same meaning as in the Banking Act 1959 .
