AUSTRALIAN PRUDENTIAL REGULATION AUTHORITY ACT 1998No. 50, 1998 - SECT 47
Consultants and other people engaged to perform services
(1) APRA may engage consultants or other people to provide advice to it or
perform services for it.
(2) The terms and conditions of engagement (including as to remuneration) are
to be determined by the Board.
