AUSTRALIAN PRUDENTIAL REGULATION AUTHORITY ACT 1998No. 50, 1998 - SECT 45

Appointment of permanent, temporary and casual staff (1) APRA may appoint such permanent, temporary or casual staff as APRA considers necessary for the performance of its functions.

(2) The terms and conditions of appointment (including as to remuneration) are to be determined by the Board.
