AUSTRALIAN PRUDENTIAL REGULATION AUTHORITY ACT 1998No. 50, 1998 - SECT 43
Delegation by CEO
(1) The CEO may, by written instrument, delegate any of his or her functions
or powers to an APRA staff member if the Board resolves that the CEO may make
such a delegation.
(2) In exercising powers under the delegation, the delegate must comply with
any directions of the CEO.
