AUSTRALIAN PRUDENTIAL REGULATION AUTHORITY ACT 1998No. 50, 1998 - SECT 38
Leave of absence
(1) The CEO has the recreation leave entitlements that are determined by the
Remuneration Tribunal.
(2) The Board may grant the CEO leave of absence, other than recreation leave,
on the terms and conditions as to remuneration or otherwise that the Board
determines.
(3) This section has effect subject to section 87E of the Public Service Act
1922 .
