AUSTRALIAN PRUDENTIAL REGULATION AUTHORITY ACT 1998No. 50, 1998 - SECT 21
Times and places of meetings
(1) The Board must hold such meetings as are necessary for the efficient
performance of its functions.
(2) Meetings are to be held at such times and places as the Board or the Chair
determines.
