AUSTRALIAN PRUDENTIAL REGULATION AUTHORITY ACT 1998No. 50, 1998 - SECT 20
Delegation by the Board
(1) The Board may, by resolution, delegate any of its functions or powers to a
Board member or an APRA staff member.
(2) The delegate must comply with any directions of the Board when exercising
powers under the delegation.
(3) A delegation under this section:
(4) A certificate signed by the Chair stating any matter in relation to a
delegation under this section is prima facie evidence of the matter.
(5) A document that appears to be a certificate under subsection (4) is taken
to be such a certificate and to have been properly given, unless the contrary
is established.
