AUSTRALIAN POSTAL CORPORATION AMENDMENT ACT 1994 No. 142 of 1994 - SECT 11

11. Section 29 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting subsections (1) and
(2) and substituting the following subsections:

"(1) Subject to section 30, Australia Post has the exclusive right to carry
letters within Australia, whether the letters originated within or outside
Australia.

"(2) The reservation of services to Australia Post under subsection (1)
extends to:

   (a)  the collection, within Australia, of letters for delivery within
        Australia; and

   (b)  the delivery of letters within Australia.".
