AUSTRALIAN OVERSEAS PROJECTS CORPORATION ACT 1978 No. 105 of 1978 - SECT 42

42. (1) The Corporation shall not, except with the approval of the Minister,
enter into a contract involving the payment or receipt by the Corporation of
an amount exceeding $100,000 or, if a higher amount is prescribed, that higher
amount.

(2) Sub-section (1) does not apply to contracts relating to overseas
development projects entered into in the course of carrying out the functions
of the Corporation.
