AUSTRALIAN OVERSEAS PROJECTS CORPORATION ACT 1978 No. 105 of 1978 - SECT 40

40. (1) Subject to sub-section (2), the moneys of the Corporation shall be
applied only-

   (a)  in payment or discharge of the costs, expenses and other obligations
        of the Corporation;

   (b)  in payment of remuneration and allowances payable to any person
        appointed or employed under this Act; and

   (c)  in making payments to the Commonwealth as provided by this Act.

(2) Moneys of the Corporation not immediately required for the purposes of the
Corporation may be invested-

   (a)  on deposit with an approved bank;

   (b)  in securities of the Commonwealth; or

   (c)  in any other manner approved by the Treasurer.
