AUSTRALIAN OVERSEAS PROJECTS CORPORATION ACT 1978 No. 105 of 1978 - SECT 36

36. (1) The profits of the Corporation for a financial year (other than any
amount paid to the Commonwealth in accordance with a determination under
sub-section 35 (1)) shall be applied in such manner as the Minister
determines.

(2) In making a determination under sub-section (1), the Minister shall have
regard to any advice that the Board has furnished to him in relation to the
financial affairs of the Corporation.
