Division 2-Staff
31. (1) The Corporation may engage such employees as the Board thinks
necessary for the purposes of this Act.

(2) The terms and conditions of employment (in respect of matters not provided
for by this Act) of persons engaged under this section are such as are,
subject to the approval of the Public Service Board, determined by the Board.
