AUSTRALIAN OVERSEAS PROJECTS CORPORATION ACT 1978 No. 105 of 1978 - SECT 12

12. (1) The business and other affairs of the Corporation shall be conducted
and controlled by the Board and, subject to section 14, the policy of the
Corporation with respect to any matter shall be determined by the Board.

(2) All acts and things done in the name of, or on behalf of, the Corporation
by the Board, or with the authority of the Board, shall be deemed to have been
done by the Corporation.
