AUSTRALIAN NATIONAL UNIVERSITY ACT 1991 No. 131 of 1991 - SECT 61

61. Where, immediately before the commencement, proceedings to which the
Arts Institute was a party were pending in any court, then, after the
commencement, the University is substituted for the Arts Institute as a party
to the proceedings and has the same rights in the proceedings as the Arts
Institute had.
