AUSTRALIAN NATIONAL UNIVERSITY ACT 1991 No. 131 of 1991 - SECT 59

59. An Arts Institute instrument continues to have effect after the
commencement but, in its operation in relation to acts, transactions, matters
or things done, entered into or occurring after the commencement, has effect
as if a reference in the instrument to the Arts Institute were a reference to
the University.
