AUSTRALIAN NATIONAL UNIVERSITY ACT 1991 No. 131 of 1991 - SECT 48
Taxation
48. (1) Subject to subsection (2), the University is not subject to taxation
under the laws of the Commonwealth or of a State or Territory.
(2) The University is subject to payroll tax under the law of a State or
Territory.
