AUSTRALIAN NATIONAL UNIVERSITY ACT 1991 No. 131 of 1991 - SECT 42

42. (1) There is payable to the University such money as is appropriated from
time to time by the Parliament for the purposes of the University.

(2) The Minister may give directions as to the amounts in which, and the times
at which, money so appropriated is to be paid to the University.

(3) The Minister may, in writing, delegate his or her powers under subsection
(2) to an officer of the Department.
