AUSTRALIAN NATIONAL UNIVERSITY ACT 1991 No. 131 of 1991 - SECT 40

Religious test not to be administered

40. The University may not administer any religious test in relation to:

   (a)  the admission of any person to the University; or

   (b)  the award of any degree, diploma, certificate or honour; or

   (c)  the holding of any office.
