AUSTRALIAN NATIONAL UNIVERSITY ACT 1991 No. 131 of 1991 - SECT 35

35. (1) The Council must appoint a Deputy Vice-Chancellor of the University,
or more than one.

(2) A Deputy Vice-Chancellor has such powers and duties as the Statutes
prescribe or, subject to the Statutes, as the Council determines.

(3) A Deputy Vice-Chancellor holds office for such period, and on such
conditions, subject to the Statutes, as the Council determines.
