AUSTRALIAN NATIONAL UNIVERSITY ACT 1991 No. 131 of 1991 - SECT 33

33. (1) The Council may appoint a Pro-Chancellor of the University.

(2) Subject to the Statutes, the Pro-Chancellor holds office for such period,
and on such conditions, as the Council determines.
