AUSTRALIAN NATIONAL UNIVERSITY ACT 1991 No. 131 of 1991 - SECT 20

20. (1) There is to be a Board of the Institute.

(2) The Board:

   (a)  is responsible under the Council for all academic matters relating to
        the Institute; and

   (b)  may advise the Council on any matter relating to education, learning
        or research or the academic work of the University.
