AUSTRALIAN NATIONAL UNIVERSITY ACT 1991 No. 131 of 1991 - SECT 17

Delegation to member of Council etc.

17. (1) The Council may delegate all or any of its functions and powers under
this Act (except its powers in relation to the making of Statutes) to:

   (a)  a member of the Council; or

   (b)  a member of the staff of the University.

(2) The Council may revoke a delegation under this section.
