A NEW TAX SYSTEM (TAX ADMINISTRATION) ACT (NO. 2) 2000 NO. 91, 2000 - SCHEDULE 4

- Amendment of the Corporations Law consequential on Pay As You Go (PAYG) withholding system

1 Subsection 443BA(2) (at the end of the definition of remittance provision )

Add:

; and any of the provisions of Subdivision 16-B in Schedule 1 to the Taxation Administration Act 1953 .

2 Subsection 459E(5)

Before "even if", insert "and any of the provisions of Subdivision 16-B in Schedule 1 to the Taxation Administration Act 1953 ,".

3 Subsection 588F(2) (at the end of the definition of remittance provision )

Add:

; or any of the provisions of Subdivision 16-B in Schedule 1 to the Taxation Administration Act 1953 .

4 At the end of subsection 588FGA(1)

Add:

; or under a provision of Subdivision 16-B in Schedule 1 to the Taxation Administration Act 1953 .
