A NEW TAX SYSTEM (FAMILY ASSISTANCE) (ADMINISTRATION) ACT 1999 - SECT 62
Enforcement of information etc. requirements
Without limiting the power under subsection 235(1) for the regulations to
prescribe penalties for breaches of the regulations, the regulations may
provide for the Secretary to vary determinations made in accordance with
regulations under this Subdivision in specified circumstances where
information is not provided, or other things are not done, in accordance with
regulations under this Subdivision.
