Determinations about eligibility for child care benefit for past
periods of care provided by registered carers
The regulations may prescribe circumstances in which, and procedures (which
may require the making of claims) by which, individuals who are eligible for
child care benefit in accordance with section 49 of the Family Assistance Act
are to be determined by the Secretary to be entitled to be paid child care
benefit.
