A NEW TAX SYSTEM (FAMILY ASSISTANCE) (ADMINISTRATION) ACT 1999 - SECT 51
Determinations about eligibility for child care benefit for care
provided by approved child care services in special circumstances
The regulations may prescribe circumstances in which, and procedures (which
may require the making of claims) by which:
- (a)
- approved child care services that are eligible for child care benefit for
sessions of care provided by the service to a child in accordance with section
45 of the Family Assistance Act are to be determined by the Secretary to be
entitled to be paid child care benefit; or
- (b)
- approved child care services that are conditionally eligible for child
care benefit by instalment in accordance with section 46 of that Act are to be
determined by the Secretary to be so conditionally eligible; or
- (c)
- approved child care services that are eligible for child care benefit by
instalment in accordance with section 47 of that Act are to be determined by
the Secretary to be entitled to be paid child care benefit.
