A NEW TAX SYSTEM (FAMILY ASSISTANCE) (ADMINISTRATION) ACT 1999 - SECT 44
Determination that no entitlement
If the Secretary is not satisfied as mentioned in section 42 or 43, the
Secretary must determine that the claimant is not entitled to be paid
maternity allowance or maternity immunisation allowance in respect of the
child to whom the claim relates, or in the circumstances covered by the claim,
as the case requires.
