A NEW TAX SYSTEM (FAMILY ASSISTANCE) ACT 1999 - SECT 9
Session of care
- (1)
- The Minister must determine what constitutes a session of care for the
purposes of this Act.
- (2)
- A determination under subsection (1) may also deal with how a session of
care that starts on one day and ends on another day is to be treated for the
purposes of this Act.
- (3)
- A determination under this section is a disallowable instrument for the
purposes of section 46A of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901 .
