Exemption from immunisation requirements

(1)

The Minister may determine that children included in a specified class are exempt from the requirement to be immunised.

Meeting the immunisation requirements

The Minister may determine that children included in a specified class meet the immunisation requirements in circumstances specified in the determination.

Disallowable instrument

(3)

A determination under this section is a disallowable instrument for the purposes of section 46A of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901 .
