A NEW TAX SYSTEM (FAMILY ASSISTANCE) ACT 1999 - SECT 60
Sharing family tax benefit between members of a couple in a
blended family
If the Secretary determines under section 28 an individual's percentage (the
specified percentage ) of the family tax benefit for FTB children of the
individual, the individual's annual rate of family tax benefit is the
specified percentage of the rate that would otherwise apply.
