Determinations to be made in accordance with rules

A determination by the Minister, the Secretary or an approved child care service under section 52, 53, 54 or 55 must be made in accordance with rules in force under subsection (2).

Minister may determine rules

The Minister may determine rules relating to the making of determinations under section 52, 53, 54 or 55.

Disallowable instrument

(3)

A determination under subsection 53(1) or subsection (2) of this section is a disallowable instrument for the purposes of section 46A of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901 .

Subdivision F—Eligibility for child care benefit where death occurs
