A NEW TAX SYSTEM (FAMILY ASSISTANCE) ACT 1999 - SECT 4
Minister's power to make determinations for the purposes of the
definition of immunised - (1)
- The Minister must, for the purpose of the
definition of immunised in section 3, determine:
- (a)
- one or more standard vaccination schedules for the immunisation of
children; and
- (b)
- one or more catch up vaccination schedules for the immunisation of
children who have not been immunised in accordance with a standard vaccination
schedule.
- (2)
- A determination under this section is a disallowable instrument for the
purposes of section 46A of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901 .
