A NEW TAX SYSTEM (FAMILY ASSISTANCE) ACT 1999 - SECT 20
Approval of organisations providing residential care services to
young people - (1)
- The Secretary may approve an organisation that co-ordinates
or provides residential care services to young people in Australia as an
approved care organisation for the purposes of this Act.
Revocation
- (2)
- The Secretary may revoke an approval under subsection (1).
