Absences from care in permitted circumstances

The Minister may determine that specified circumstances are permitted circumstances for the purpose of subsection 10(2) or subparagraph 10(3)(b)(iv).

Disallowable instrument

A determination under this section is a disallowable instrument for the purposes of section 46A of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901 .
