AUSTRALIAN NATIONAL TRAINING AUTHORITY ACT 1992 No. 203 of 1992 - SECT 50

50.(1) The regulations may change the name of the Authority.

(2) On and from the commencement of regulations made for the purpose of
subsection (1):

   (a)  the Authority is to be known by the new name provided by the
        regulations; and
(b) this Act is to be read as if wherever the name "Australian National
Training Authority" occurs, the new name were substituted.

(3) Subsection 25B(1) of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901 applies as if
regulations made for the purpose of subsection (1) of this section were an
Act.
