AUSTRALIAN NATIONAL TRAINING AUTHORITY ACT 1992 No. 203 of 1992 - SECT 5

5.(1) A national training authority, to be known as the Australian National
Training Authority, is established.

(2) The Authority:

   (a)  is a body corporate with perpetual succession; and

   (b)  is to have a common seal; and

   (c)  may acquire, hold and dispose of real and personal property; and

   (d)  may sue and be sued.

(3) The common seal of the Authority is to be kept in such custody as the
Authority directs, and is not to be used except as authorised by the
Authority.

(4) All courts, judges and persons acting judicially must:

   (a)  take judicial notice of the imprint of the common seal of the
        Authority appearing on a document; and

   (b)  presume that the imprint was duly made.
