AUSTRALIAN NATIONAL TRAINING AUTHORITY ACT 1992 No. 203 of 1992 - SECT 3

3. The objects of this Act are:

   (a)  in conjunction with the States, to promote the development of
        a national vocational education and training system in accordance with
        the objectives set out in the Statement; and

   (b)  to promote that development in accordance with the planning and
        decision-making arrangements set out in the Statement.
