AUSTRALIAN NUCLEAR SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY ORGANISATION AMENDMENT ACT 1992 No. 83 of 1992 - SECT 15
Delegation by Minister
15. Section 42 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting from paragraph
(1)(b) "40" and substituting "37D, 37N, 37T".
