AUSTRALIAN NATIONAL RAILWAYS COMMISSION ACT 1983 No. 140 of 1983 - SECT 4

4. (1) The Australian National Railways Commission, being the Commission
established under the Australian National Railways Act 1917, is continued in
existence.

(2) The Commission -

   (a)  is a body corporate with perpetual succession;

   (b)  shall have a common seal; and

   (c)  may sue and be sued in its corporate name.

(3) All courts, judges and persons acting judicially shall take judicial
notice of the imprint of the common seal of the Commission appearing on a
document and shall presume that the document was duly sealed.
