AUSTRALIAN NATIONAL RAILWAYS COMMISSION ACT 1983 No. 140 of 1983 - SECT 36

Remuneration and allowances of General Manager 
36. (1) The General Manager shall be paid by the Commission such remuneration
as is determined by the Remuneration Tribunal.

(2) The General Manager shall be paid by the Commission such allowances as are
prescribed by the regulations.

(3) This section has effect subject to the Remuneration Tribunals Act 1973.
