AUSTRALIAN NATIONAL RAILWAYS COMMISSION ACT 1983 No. 140 of 1983 - SECT 26

26. (1) The Chairman, Deputy Chairman and other Commissioners shall be paid by
the Commission such remuneration as is determined by the Remuneration
Tribunal.

(2) If no determination by the Tribunal of the remuneration of the Deputy
Chairman is in operation, the Deputy Chairman shall be paid by the Commission
such remuneration as is prescribed by the regulations.

(3) The Chairman, Deputy Chairman and other Commissioners shall be paid by the
Commission such allowances as are prescribed by the regulations.

(4) This section has effect subject to the Remuneration Tribunals Act 1973.
