AUSTRALIAN NATIONAL RAILWAYS COMMISSION ACT 1983 No. 140 of 1983 - SECT 18

18. (1) The Commission shall conduct its operations safely, efficiently and,
subject to sub-sections 19 (3) and 55 (3), in a manner that accords with sound
commercial practice.

(2) Nothing in sub-section (1) shall be taken to impose on the Commission a
duty that is enforceable by proceedings in a court.
