AUSTRALIAN NATIONAL RAILWAYS AMENDMENT ACT 1978 No. 9 of 1978 - SECT 7
Consequential amendment
7. Section 10 of the Long Service Leave (Commonwealth Employees) Act 1976*3*
is amended by omitting sub-section (5) and substituting the following
sub-section:
''(5) This Act does not apply to a person to whom section 52A of the
Australian National Railways Act 1917 applies.''.
