AUSTRALIAN NATIONAL RAILWAYS ACT 1975 No. 26 of 1975 - SECT 30

30. (1) The report and financial statements of the Commission under section 41
of the Principal Act as amended by this Act relating to the financial year
ending 30 June 1975 shall include particulars of the operations of the
Commonwealth Railways Commissioner during that year.

(2) For the purposes of sub-section (1), the Auditor-General may modify the
form of his report under the section referred to in that sub-section relating
to the report and financial statement referred to in that sub-section in such
manner as he considers appropriate.
