AIR NAVIGATION (CHARGES) AMENDMENT ACT 1984 No. 107 of 1984 - SECT 9

9. Schedule 3 to the Principal Act is amended by adding at the end of
paragraph 6 the following sub-paragraph:

"(3) A reference in this paragraph to a charge payable under this Schedule
includes a reference to an amount payable by way of penalty under sub-section
5 (2) in respect of any such charge.".
