AUSTRALIAN MARITIME SAFETY AUTHORITY ACT 1990 No. 78 of 1990 - SECT 39
Borrowings from Commonwealth
39. The Minister for Finance may, on behalf of the Commonwealth, out of money
appropriated by the Parliament for the purpose, lend money to the Authority on
such terms and conditions as he or she determines in writing.
