ANTARCTIC MARINE LIVING RESOURCES CONSERVATION ACT 1981 No. 30 of 1981 - SECT 2

2. (1) Sections 1, 2 and 3 shall come into operation on the day on which
this Act receives the Royal Assent*1*

(2) The remaining provisions of this Act shall come into operation on a date
to be fixed by Proclamation.

(3) The date fixed under sub-section (2) shall not be a date earlier than the
date on which the Convention enters into force for Australia.
