Australian Meat and Live-stock Corporation Amendment Act 1982 No. 46 of 1982 - SECT 9

9. (1) Sections 10 to 14 (inclusive) of the Principal Act are repealed.

(2) Notwithstanding anything contained in section 16J of the Principal Act as
amended by this Act, the Corporation may, without complying with the
requirements of that section, make orders under that section for the purpose
of giving effect to a scheme of a kind referred to in sub-section 13 (1) of
the Principal Act that was being, or could have been, operated by the
Corporation under section 13 of the Principal Act immediately before the
commencement of this Act.
