Short title etc.
                                 (Assented to 30 November 1993)
  1.(1) This Act may be cited as the Australian Land Transport Development
Amendment Act 1993.
  (2) In this Act, "Principal Act" means the Australian Land Transport
Development Act 1988.*1*

Commencement

  2. This Act commences on the day on which it receives the Royal Assent.

Money to be paid into Fund

  3. Section 12 of the Principal Act is amended:
  (a) by omitting from subsection (1) "and before 1 January 1994";
  (b) by omitting from subsection (2) "and before 1 January 1994".

Closing of Fund

  4. Section 25 of the Principal Act is repealed.
