AUSTRALIAN LAND TRANSPORT (FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE ACT 1985 No. 59 of 1985 - SECT 37
Publication of declarations and directions
37. The Minister shall cause a copy of-
(a) a declaration made under section 7 or 8; and
(b) a direction made under Part II, to be published in the Gazette.
